These License Terms explain how UGC Stock content may be accessed, downloaded, and used through the UGC Stock platform and its subscription products. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, checkout terms, and any other policies or written agreements that govern your use of the service.
By creating an account, starting a subscription, downloading content, or using any content obtained through UGC Stock, you agree to these License Terms.
If a separate written agreement signed by UGC Stock expressly grants broader or different usage rights, that written agreement will control only to the extent of the conflict.
In these License Terms, "UGC Stock", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operators of the UGC Stock platform. "Subscriber" or "you" means the individual or legal entity that purchases or uses a UGC Stock subscription or account.
"Content" means videos, previews, thumbnails, metadata, and related downloadable digital assets made available through UGC Stock, regardless of origin. Content includes both "Creator Content" — material uploaded by third-party creators who license it to UGC Stock under the Terms of Service — and "Catalog Content" — material produced, commissioned, acquired, or otherwise owned directly by UGC Stock. "Subscription" means a paid recurring access plan offered through the platform.
"End use" means a finished use case such as a published ad, social post, landing page, website, internal presentation, or other completed marketing or business material incorporating licensed content.
UGC Stock currently offers UGC Stock Pro as its subscription product. Based on the billing configuration currently offered on the platform, UGC Stock Pro is available on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly recurring basis.
The features, prices, renewal timing, payment processor flow, and availability of a subscription may change from time to time. The applicable plan and billing details shown at checkout will control for your purchase.
Once payment is successfully completed and your account is active, eligible content may be made available for download inside your UGC Stock account or through authenticated product flows.
Subscriptions begin when checkout is completed and renew automatically at the selected monthly, quarterly, or yearly interval unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
If your subscription expires, is cancelled, or fails to renew, your ability to download new content may stop at the end of the paid term, but previously completed lawful end uses may continue subject to these License Terms.
During an active UGC Stock Pro subscription, we grant the subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use available content for the subscriber's own brand, business, marketing operations, products, services, channels, and internal commercial activities, subject to these License Terms.
This license allows use in end uses such as websites, landing pages, product marketing, social media, advertisements, paid media, email campaigns, app store creatives, presentations, and similar materials created for the subscriber's own organization or personal business activity.
The license is tied to the subscribing account and does not automatically extend to unrelated outside entities, client portfolios, agencies managing multiple customers, content brokers, marketplaces, or downstream asset libraries.
If content was lawfully downloaded while your subscription was active, you may continue to use that already downloaded content in existing and new end uses for your own licensed scope after the subscription ends, provided your use remains fully compliant with these License Terms and any applicable laws.
However, once the subscription is no longer active, you may not continue downloading new content, regain access to locked subscription-only downloads without reactivating a qualifying plan, or expand use into categories that were never licensed in the first place.
Termination of a subscription does not transfer ownership of any content to you and does not erase restrictions on redistribution, resale, client pass-through use, or other prohibited conduct.
Subject to the limits in these License Terms, permitted uses generally include use in social media posts, websites, online stores, product pages, pitch decks, paid advertisements, organic marketing, email marketing, internal company materials, and other brand-facing or operational materials owned or controlled by the subscriber.
Permitted use may include editing, cropping, resizing, adding text, adapting pacing, mixing with other creative assets, and incorporating the content into broader creative work, provided the final use does not violate these License Terms or any third-party rights.
Unless a specific restriction applies, geographic reach is not limited by territory, but you remain responsible for ensuring your end use complies with local advertising, industry, disclosure, privacy, publicity, and consumer-protection laws in the markets where you publish.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, share, transfer, or make content available as a standalone asset, stock file, downloadable file, template ingredient, or source media library for any third party.
You may not claim authorship or ownership of the underlying content itself, register it as your own intellectual property, or use it in a way that suggests exclusive ownership, exclusive availability, or creator endorsement that has not been expressly granted.
You may not use content in unlawful, defamatory, misleading, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or rights-infringing contexts, nor in any way that violates platform rules, privacy rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, copyright laws, or applicable regulations.
You may not use a UGC Stock subscription to build a competing stock library, train third-party asset catalogs, populate template packs for resale, or mass-distribute downloads to teams, clients, or affiliated entities beyond the scope of the subscriber's own licensed use.
Content available on UGC Stock comes from two sources. Catalog Content is produced, commissioned, acquired, or otherwise owned directly by UGC Stock, and we hold all rights necessary to license it to subscribers. Creator Content is uploaded by independent third-party creators who, by accepting the Terms of Service, grant UGC Stock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-bearing license to sublicense and distribute their content through the platform.
For Creator Content, UGC Stock requires creators to submit only material they own or are authorized to license and may use moderation, contractual controls, and account enforcement measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized uploads.
Regardless of content origin, the subscriber remains responsible for evaluating whether a particular end use is suitable for its industry, claim set, territory, and regulatory environment, especially where additional clearances, disclosures, or contextual review may be required.
If you believe content available through UGC Stock infringes your rights, or if you need to report a licensing or clearance concern, contact us at support@ugcstock.co.
All provisions relating to payments, taxes, cancellations, refunds, disclaimers of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification are set out in the Terms of Service and apply in full to these License Terms. In the event of a conflict between these License Terms and the Terms of Service on those subjects, the Terms of Service will control.
Nothing in these License Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Use of UGC Stock is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any accessibility or platform-use policies published on the site. By using the service, you acknowledge that account, billing, and usage data may be processed according to those policies.
We may revise these License Terms from time to time to reflect changes in product design, billing models, legal requirements, or business operations. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
If you continue to use the platform or subscribed service after updated License Terms take effect, the revised version will govern your future use to the extent permitted by law.
For questions about subscriptions, licensing scope, permitted use, or written approval for non-standard use cases, contact UGC Stock at support@ugcstock.co.
If you need broader rights than those described in these License Terms, do not proceed on assumptions. Contact us first and obtain written approval before using the content outside the default subscription scope.
